Column: Climate change action is happening in Columbia

The recently released Midlands Climate Action Plan details findings on pollutants in local areas and plans to combat climate change caused by them. This includes actions that pertain to Columbia and USC, including increased active transportation, electrified vehicles and solar implementation.
