Gamecock freshmen land spot on USA Swimming National Junior Team

Earlier this month, swim and dive freshmen Emma Reiser and Sianna Savarda were both selected for the USA National Junior Swim Team. Reiser was picked for the 400 freestyle and Savarda was chosen for the open water 10k race.

Columbia's only queer bookstore, Queer Haven Books, offers a sense of community to queer people searching for a safe space. However, the store is facing serious financial troubles and may run the risk of losing that community. Customers told The Daily Gamecock they are scared of what this would do to those who rely on Queer Haven Books to feel welcomed and cherished.
