Emily Supil expected to win.
She didn’t expect to win unanimously, however.
“I was not [expecting 100 percent of the votes] at all,” Supil said.
Supil, who ran unopposed for treasurer, received every vote of the election. She will serve with Vice President-elect Katie Thompson -- a prospect that had her extremely excited Wednesday night. Supil said she voted for Thompson and has a “good repore” with the soon-to-be President of the Student Senate.
“I’m really excited to be working with Katie,” Supil said.
Despite not having a candidate to run against, Supil said she was glad the campaign process has come to a close.
“It feels awesome,” she said. It feels good that everything’s over. It’s been a long process. I’m so excited [to work] with Katie.”
