On Sunday afternoon, a white male exposed himself to two women walking down Pickens Street, according to a release from the Columbia Police Department and a Carolina Alert.
According to the victims, a man of approximately 6 feet and 175 pounds and possibly between the ages of 30 and 40 years old approached the women out of the woods near the 400 block of Pickens Street at approximately 1:15 in the afternoon.
The man, wearing a black hoodie, walked towards the women with his pants around his ankles while holding his hand over his face, the release said.
He then fled the scene towards the railroad tracks near Rice Street after one of the women screamed. Neither of the victims were physically injured.
