The life of a college student can be incredibly fast-paced. There’s so much pressure to be productive all day, every day, that we hardly take a moment for ourselves to be in the present. This is why meditation is a great practice to work into your daily routine. All it takes is a few minutes and maybe an app to guide you. So, rather than watching TikTok or obsessing over your next homework assignment, put on some relaxing music or sounds, close your eyes and practice being still.
