PHOTOS: Analysis: South Carolina baseball swept by Tennessee Volunteers for seventh straight loss

The South Carolina baseball team was defeated by No. 1 Tennessee over the weekend at Founders Park. The Gamecocks lost on Friday night after a series of errors let Tennessee pull ahead 11-7. Saturday showed the Gamecocks a similar fate after playing what seemed like a good game with the offense finding their footing in the fourth inning, but the Volunteers still won with 7-5. South Carolina finished the weekend with yet another loss, this time losing 7-2 after Tennessee's offense couldn't be contained by South Carolina's pitching staff. This makes the second straight series the Gamecocks have been swept in.
