The South Carolina Gamecocks defeated the Queens University Royals 121-49 on Nov. 23, 2025 at Colonial Life Arena, marking the third-most points scored in the program's history. Senior guard Ta'Niya Latson scored 24 points for her third 20-point game of the season, scoring nine out of 11 shots made. Sophomore forward Joyce Edwards also reached double-digit points with 25 points in 25 minutes. The Gamecocks will face the Duke Blue Devils away in Las Vegas, Nevada, on Nov. 26, 2025, at 4:30 p.m.
