Gamecocks bring recruits, portal additions into football program to address offseason needs

The Gamecocks land multiple new ESPN Top 300 commits, with recent developments in the offensive line, defensive line and wide receiver room. The transfer portal gifted the Gamecocks more valuable players to add to the roster, such as Rahsul Faison, Brandon Cisse, Shawn Murphy and many more important additions. With these additions, the Gamecocks look more comfortable for the 2025 season after losing some players due to graduation.

Timely defensive stops lead South Carolina football to victory over Clemson

The No. 15 South Carolina football team used timely defensive stops and turnovers to pick up a road win over No. 12 Clemson on Saturday. The Gamecocks held Clemson below its season average in rushing yards and made several key plays on defense, including a game-sealing interception by sixth-year linebacker Demetrius Knight Jr.
