Column: Why we must never forget

With the upcoming 20th anniversary of the Sept. 11 attacks, people are able to reflect and understand how that tragic day continues to impact us to this day. With various opportunities to commemorate the day in Columbia, those within the community should strive to honor those whose lives were lost and to never forget.
