Experienced young players to contribute to team

Volleyball prepares for successful 2014 season

South Carolina’s volleyball roster is top heavy with players who have one or less years of collegiate playing experience. Most got their first taste of SEC volleyball last season in the midst of a 12-19 (3-15 SEC) effort, while others were still in high school. On top of that, the Gamecocks lost senior outside hitter Juliette Thevenin to graduation.
