Richland Library hosts ‘The Art of Being: Woman,’ exhibit that features perspectives of female artists

“The Art of Being: Woman” exhibits works from female artists about the different personal experiences of being a woman. The works are from 18 artists and poets and includes oil and acrylic paintings, ceramic sculpture, storytelling and poetry.

The "Rodin: Contemplation and Dreams" exhibit and the "Anila Quayyum Agha: Let A Million Flowers Bloom" exhibit can be viewed at the Columbia Museum of Art until May 2022.

Two new exhibitions opened this month at the Columbia Museum of Art, "Rodin: Contemplation and Dreams" and "Anila Quayyum Agha: Let A Million Flowers Bloom", bringing with them sculptures, metalwork, a study on human forms and illusions. Even 100 years apart, the two exhibitions have a connection and synergy.
