The South Carolina Department of Agriculture's State Farmers Market will host the Midlands Plant and Flower Festival this weekend, October 7-9. Local vendors will sell seasonal produce, trees and shrubbery, as well as unique decorative pieces for both indoors and outdoors. Admission to the event, as well as parking, will be free of cost.
