The South Carolina men's soccer team was unable to carry a winning streak into its second match of the season. The Gamecocks recorded a 2-2 draw against North Florida on Sunday at Stone Stadium. After scoring two goals within the first hour of the match, South Carolina allowed two goals in the final 10 minutes.
The No. 17 South Carolina softball team hosted the Gamecock Invitational over the weekend, where it improved to 13-2 on the season. The team saw impressive pitching displays as well as clutch offensive performances across the five games.
The No. 25 South Carolina baseball team kicked off its season with a series-sweep over Miami-Ohio, featuring a seven-inning no-hitter. The Gamecocks had a hard time finding its rhythm in the first game but quickly recovered in the second and third game of the series, defeating Miami-Ohio 11-4 and 14-0, respectively.
