Column: Students shouldn't skip breakfast

Even though it is easy to skip breakfast, students should focus on eating this morning meal in order to retain a healthy physical well-being and to do well academically. Breakfast is often forgotten but extremely important, especially when it comes to busy college students.

Column: Off-campus housing can be isolating

Living off campus makes students feel alienated from the campus community and its culture. It is important for students to have a sense of belonging at USC in order to promote better physical and mental health.
