The No. 21 South Carolina Gamecocks took down the No. 23 Missouri Tigers in its second-to-last home game of the season on Nov. 16, 2024, at Williams-Brice Stadium. The Gamecocks defeated the Tigers 34-30, bringing its season record to 7-3 (5-3 SEC). South Carolina only have two more regular-season games left. Next weekend, the team will take on Wofford College in its last home game of 2024, and then it will head on the road to take on No. 20 Clemson on Nov. 30.

No. 21 South Carolina football defeats No. 23 Missouri Tigers in fourth-quarter battle

The No. 21 South Carolina football team defeated No. 23 Missouri on Saturday night at William-Brice Stadium. The Gamecocks pulled away from the Tigers in the first half, preventing its opponent from scoring a touchdown. But coming out of half time, Missouri came back taking over the lead from South Carolina. The Gamecocks managed to steal its first win in six years against the Tigers in the final minute of the game.

South Carolina football looks to leave LSU loss behind

South Carolina head football coach Shane Beamer and a few members of the team Tuesday told reporters they are looking to put Saturday's loss against No. 16 LSU behind them. Beamer said that while some penalty plays were sent the SEC, the game didn't come down to one play.
