Carolina Homeless Initiative, a new club formed by USC students, is looking to help the homeless community in Richland County. The club is looking for new members to help further bring awareness about the lack of attention the homeless population receives.
In the 2024 election, the greater Columbia area trended toward the Democrats, despite Republicans having a supermajority in both the House and Senate at the state level.
Researchers at USC are finding ways to improve the safety of the batteries in our everyday devices, such as our cell phones and computers. Through months of hard work, the research team has been able to make progress through creating thermal and mathematical models.
